We try to photograph products accurately, but screens and lighting differ, so colours may look slightly different in person.

We cannot promise this. Some products may be restocked and others discontinued. Contact us if you would like to ask about a specific item.

Yes. Email or call us with the product name and your question, and we will help as far as we can.

Tell us as soon as you can with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review it and offer the remedy that applies under our policy and the law.

If a wishlist is enabled on the store, you will see a save or heart option on product pages. Availability may depend on whether you are logged in.

The final amount is the total shown at checkout, which includes shipping and any applicable charges. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

No. All deliveries are chargeable. We do not offer free shipping and there is no free-shipping threshold. The applicable shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Prices in India are shown in Indian rupees. For other countries, where enabled, prices may be shown in another currency and may differ by country. The checkout total is the amount for your order.

Only when a code or offer is announced on the store. Each offer has its own conditions, and offers can be combined only if the offer says so.

Checkout adds shipping for your address and applies any valid code. Changing your country, address, items or currency can also change the total. Please review it before paying.

The order will not be processed. You can try again or choose another displayed method. If money is deducted but you see no confirmation, contact us with the transaction details.

Contact us with your order number, date and transaction reference. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

We deliver within India to serviceable postal codes. International delivery is being introduced country by country. You can order only where your country and postal code are accepted at checkout.

Every delivery is chargeable. The fee depends on your destination, order weight or size and the shipment method, and is shown at checkout. See the Shipping Policy.

Estimates are given in our Shipping Policy and depend on your destination. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by couriers, holidays, weather and customs.

Where tracking is available, we send you the details when your parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates come from the courier and can lag, especially during customs. If it has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number.

Contact us immediately. We may be able to correct it before dispatch, but not always afterwards. Extra delivery attempts caused by wrong details may be charged where the law allows.

Contact us if a parcel is late and we will check with the courier. If delivery fails, the courier may retry, hold the parcel or return it to us, so keep your phone reachable.

That depends on the shipping arrangement for your destination, which we must disclose before you pay. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country, so we cannot give an amount in advance.

Eligibility depends on our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and the law. Contact us with your order number, product details and, if relevant, photographs. Please don’t send anything back until we confirm.

Exchanges depend on the policy and on stock, so a different size cannot be guaranteed. Contact us and we will explain the options for your order.

Report it as soon as possible with photos. Your legal rights for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods are not removed by any store policy.

Timing and the method for COD orders are stated in the published policy. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. Contact us if you have not seen it.

We plan to serve countries including the United States, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Kuwait, Australia, Oman, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. These are activated progressively, so a country is available only if it can be selected at checkout.

Where enabled, prices may be displayed in another currency. Rates and bank fees can affect the final charge from your bank.

Shipping is chargeable and shown at checkout for your destination. Duties and import taxes are not assumed to be included in product prices, and the arrangement is disclosed before payment.
